Some people angry when have some rumors this game can play online only. My boyfriend and I had D3 on preorder until we discovered it is internet only. You have to be connected to the internet all the times to play and have a Battle.net account as well. This is BS.

Me, I play all the time without internet. Shutting it down this next week just to save some money for awhile. It is expensive to have decent speed. I loved D2 and never played online. I played D2 for years. I was going to buy D3 right away till I found this out. I use library internet alot to do certain things and my phone for emails. Plus all privacy will soon be gone on the internet if congress get’s their way! With my income going up and down and gas and other things going up all the time internet is the first thing to go on my budget. Which also means my VIP dd is going to run out this month also.
I think Blizzard if underestimating the amount of people that want mmo online so bad that they would do this. Time will tell. If they come to release offline version that can update when possible I think that will answer the question!
